We installed a hybrid solar system at the Dorpu Clinic, a high-altitude site close to a hydroelectric plant but on a grid connection so high-impedance that synchronising with it was effectively impossible. The job extended well beyond solar — we did a full electrical remediation of the facility to bring it up to modern safety standards.
The work included correcting significant legacy wiring defects across the building and installing a comprehensive earthing system across all circuits to protect patients and equipment. We engineered and ran a dedicated 3-phase circuit for the clinic’s X-ray diagnostics, navigated a 12-hour logistical pipeline and extreme winter conditions during install, and optimised the battery bank and system logic to give the clinic’s essential loads the highest reliability the budget allowed.
